Join Us for Our Weekly Nature-Lovers Meetup: August Splash Adventures!

For August, we’ll cool off with different water-themed adventures each week. We will meet at scenic parks and nature play areas around Chicagoland that feature splash pads and other kid-friendly water activities.

All are welcome at this free event series: parents or caretakers with young kids, homeschooling families, and any individuals who love nature are invited to spend quality time together.

Special Event Highlight:

On Friday, August 7th, we’ll enjoy a special story time and seed-planting activity courtesy of About Time Bookstore, Main Street Libertyville, and local children’s author Ruth Spiro at Lunch in the Park!

All meetups for August are completely free to attend. Please register once below to attend any or all of the sessions. More information and a link to a private WhatsApp group will be shared upon registration.

Event Details:

Our series takes place at a variety of beautiful outdoor meeting spots in the Chicago suburbs. We aim to spend time outdoors whenever possible, but a backup indoor space will be announced in case of inclement weather.
