 Event Day Timeline

Load-In and Parking

  • Vendors enter Brothers’ Field to unload from Historical Ln.

  • To Unload: Pull into red-highlighted areas (within gravel/paved area).

  • Set Up: Unload equipment - vehicles will not be allowed on lawn area with the exception of Food Trucks.

  • After unloading, move vehicle to the Archer Parking Lot.

Compliance Rules & Vendor Guidelines

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI): Must be submitted prior to event day. No COI = No setup.

  • Drink Sales Restriction: Venue rules strictly prohibit drink sales by standard vendors. Drink sales are limited exclusively to authorized specialty drink vendors (Jada Juice, Roast 808 and Honey in the Rock).

  • Tent Weights Required: Every tent must be securely weighted for safety (stakes vs. sandbags/water weights depending on surface).

  • Production Facility Category: Please ensure you have submitted your production/facility category (e.g., Dedicated GF vs. Shared Facility) to us prior to arrival
